Welcome to Compliance Mason. These Terms of Service govern your use of services, information products, and goods offered through Domain compliancemason.top.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Services include compliance building, policy setup, advisory sessions, and related support for companies.

2. Information Products

2.1 Information products include digital templates, guides, checklists, and downloadable resources designed to assist in policy development.

3. Goods

3.1 Goods include physical items such as printed manuals, binders, and branded materials.

4. Booking and Orders

To book a service or purchase an information product or goods, you agree to provide accurate details. By completing the booking or purchase process, you accept these Terms of Service.

5. Payment Methods

We accept major payment methods. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Services

If you cancel a standard service at least ten days prior to the scheduled start date, 75% of the fee will be issued back to the original payment method within fourteen calendar days. Cancellations made within ten days are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within six months of the original date.

Custom compliance builds require significant resource planning and staffing. These services are non-refundable. However, you may request one schedule change within six months of the original agreement.

6.2 Information Products

Information products that have not been accessed or downloaded may be refunded in full if the request is made within seven calendar days of purchase. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within fourteen calendar days.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be shipped back unused within thirty calendar days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen calendar days. You are responsible for shipping costs to send back the items.

7. Modifications and Rescheduling

Service dates and times may be modified or rescheduled by contacting us at least five calendar days before the original start date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Compliance Mason shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services, information products, or goods. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you under these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
